StitchIQ offers three monthly plans with a 14-day free trial. All billing is handled directly through Shopify — no separate payment method required.

Free Trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. If you uninstall the app before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

Billing is handled by Shopify

You approve the subscription through Shopify's standard billing flow. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions. There is no separate SaasyLlama account or payment method required.

What Happens When You Hit a Plan Limit

Plan limits apply to the number of designs and fonts you can upload:

• Existing designs and fonts remain fully functional and visible to customers — they are not hidden or removed.
• Uploading additional items will be blocked with a message prompting you to upgrade.
• Your storefront catalog continues to work normally — customers are not affected.

Upgrading or Changing Your Plan

1. Open StitchIQ in your Shopify admin.
2. Go to Settings → Billing (or click the plan indicator in the sidebar).
3. Select your new plan and confirm.

Shopify handles proration automatically — you'll only be charged the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your StitchIQ subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin:

Settings → Apps and sales channels → StitchIQ → Uninstall

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after uninstall in case you reinstall.
