What is Gang Sheet Builder?

Gang Sheet Builder is a standalone web app that embeds into your Shopify store product page. It gives customers a professional, canvas-based design tool to upload their artwork, arrange multiple designs on a single sheet, and check out — with the finished gang sheet file automatically delivered to you via email when the order is placed.

It is purpose-built for DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer printers who want to offer self-service gang sheet ordering without a manual back-and-forth quoting process.

• Drag-and-Drop Canvas — Customers upload images and freely position, resize, rotate, flip, and crop them on a true-to-scale sheet canvas.
• Multiple Sheet Sizes — Configure any number of size variants (e.g. 22" × 24" through 22" × 120"). Each size maps to a Shopify product variant for accurate pricing.
• Auto-Nest — Automatically pack all images as tightly as possible on the sheet with configurable spacing. Preview before applying.
• Fill Sheet — One-click to tile the selected image to fill all remaining space on the sheet.
• Replicate — Duplicate the selected image N times across the canvas instantly.
• Jersey Creator — A built-in tool for generating custom name & number graphics for sports jerseys. Enter a name, number, style, and colors — the graphic renders immediately and can be placed directly on the sheet.
• Batch Jersey — Import an entire roster via CSV and generate all name/number graphics in one step.
• Design Library — A saved library of reusable artwork that customers can access without re-uploading every session.

• Exact Dimensions — Type precise width, height, X, and Y values in inches for pixel-perfect placement.
• Grid, Snap & Smart Guides — Configurable grid with snap-to-grid and alignment guides for clean layouts.
• Bleed Zone — Optional bleed overlay shows safe printing margins.
• Dark / Light Theme — Builder ships in dark mode with a one-click toggle to light mode.
• Keyboard Shortcuts — Full keyboard shortcut set for power users (press ? to view).
• White-Label Branding — Merchants configure their logo, brand colors, and display name. The builder renders with their brand, not SaasyLlama's.
• Shopify Cart Integration — "Save & Add to Cart" exports the sheet as a high-resolution PNG, uploads it to the backend, and adds the Shopify product to the cart with the file URL attached as a line item property.
• Order Email Notifications — When an order is placed, your backend receives the Shopify webhook and sends you an email with a direct download link for the gang sheet file.
• Admin Dashboard — Backend admin panel showing all orders, download links, and usage statistics.
