What is TeamIQ? โ€‹

TeamIQ is a Shopify app for print shops, decorators, and merchandise suppliers who manage group ordering for multiple clients. It lets you spin up individual branded storefronts โ€” one per team, school, organization, or event โ€” each with its own logo, colors, products, and ordering schedule. Customers visit a dedicated URL on your store and shop from a white-labeled page that looks like the client's own store.

Everything routes through your existing Shopify catalog. No separate inventory system, no duplicate product listings โ€” just a smarter way to organize group orders.

  • Multiple Branded Stores โ€” Create as many team stores as you need, each with its own branding, products, and URL.
  • White-Label Storefront โ€” Full logo, brand colors, font, and tagline customization. Customers see the client's brand, not yours.
  • Collection & Tag-Based Products โ€” Link Shopify collections and/or product tags to each store. Mix and match however you like.
  • Drag-and-Drop Product Order โ€” Reorder products and collections by dragging โ€” control exactly what customers see first on every storefront.
  • Ordering Windows โ€” Set up always-open sales, one-time ordering events, or rolling recurring windows with automatic open/close dates.
  • Delivery Notes & Fulfillment Labels โ€” Attach a custom fulfillment message to each ordering window (e.g. "Ready the following Monday") so customers always know when to expect their order.
  • Announcement Banners โ€” Display a custom message at the top of the storefront โ€” deadlines, announcements, pickup info.
  • Password Protection โ€” Lock a store behind a password so only invited members can order.
  • Cart Drawer โ€” A fully branded slide-out cart drawer keeps customers in the white-labeled experience all the way to checkout.
  • Product Detail Modal โ€” Customers can browse images, select variants, and adjust quantity in a full-screen overlay without leaving the storefront.
