TeamIQ offers monthly plans to match your volume. All billing is handled directly through Shopify — no separate payment method required.

Free Trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. If you uninstall the app before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
Billing is handled by Shopify
You approve the subscription through Shopify's standard billing flow. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions. There is no separate SaasyLlama account or payment method required.
What Happens When You Hit a Plan Limit
Plan limits apply to the number of team stores you can have active at once:
- Existing stores remain fully functional and visible to customers — they are not hidden or removed.
- Creating additional stores beyond your plan limit will be blocked with a prompt to upgrade.
- Archived stores do not count against your limit.
Upgrading or Changing Your Plan
- Open TeamIQ in your Shopify admin.
- Go to Settings → Billing (or click the plan indicator if shown).
- Select your new plan and confirm.
Shopify handles proration automatically — you'll only be charged the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Cancellation
You can cancel your TeamIQ subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin:
Settings → Apps and sales channels → TeamIQ → Uninstall
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your store configurations are retained for 30 days after uninstall in case you reinstall.
