These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SaasyLlama ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using any of our Shopify applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

SaasyLlama develops and provides Shopify applications designed for niche markets and specific business needs. Our apps are available through the Shopify App Store and operate within the Shopify platform. The specific features and functionality of each application are described in the respective app listing.

3. Account and Installation

• You must have an active Shopify store to install and use our applications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and any credentials used to access our Services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the installation and setup process.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some of our applications may require a paid subscription. If applicable:

• Billing is processed through the Shopify billing system in accordance with Shopify's billing policies.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as specified in the app listing).
• We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel beforehand.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of our applications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
• Use our Services to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our applications without written permission.
• Use our Services in any way that violates Shopify's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with our Services are owned by SaasyLlama or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except for a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications as intended.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our Services may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

Our applications operate within the Shopify platform and may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party services. Your use of Shopify and any other third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASYLLAMA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaasyLlama and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

• You may stop using our Services and uninstall our applications at any time through your Shopify admin panel.
• We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Data handling upon termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of our Services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaasyLlama regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
