How do I install a SaasyLlama app?

All of our apps are available through the Shopify App Store. Simply search for the app name, click "Add app," and follow the on-screen instructions to install it on your store. The whole process takes less than a minute.

What Shopify plans are your apps compatible with?

Our apps are designed to work with all Shopify plans, from Basic to Shopify Plus. Some advanced features may only be available on higher-tier plans — check the individual app listing for specifics.

Do you offer free trials?

Yes! Most of our paid apps include a free trial period so you can evaluate whether they're a good fit before committing. Trial details are listed on each app's Shopify App Store page.

Can I request a custom feature or app?

Absolutely. Custom development is a core part of what we do. Send us a message at support@saasyllama.com describing what you need, and we'll set up a time to discuss your requirements and provide a quote.

How do I cancel or uninstall an app?

You can uninstall any of our apps directly from your Shopify admin under Settings → Apps and sales channels. Select the app and click "Uninstall." Your billing will stop immediately and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Upon uninstallation, we delete or anonymize your store and customer data within 30 days, unless we're required by law to retain it. You can request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@saasyllama.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
